トランプ政権はウクライナでもイランでも専門性に欠ける中途半端な交渉を仕掛け、成果が上がらないと見るや一方では関心を失い、他方では強硬策に振れた。現時点での教訓はアジアでは余計なディールをしないで欲しいということでしかない。
