R to @ericmigi: also PB was the first investor in @Pebble after we went through YC. his essay recommending you 'Pick three key attributes or features, get those things very, very right, and then forget about everything else' was probably the best product advice I've received (and you can see it play out in the products I've made) https://paulbuchheit.blogspot.com/2010/02/if-your-product-is-great-it-doesnt-need.html

Dalton was the first partner I worked with when I joined YC in 2017, and had the biggest impact on how I think about advising startups. Often when I am talking with a founder I think 'how would Dalton approach this situation...' Can't wait to see what he and @paultoo are doing!
