Given that Orks are the principal adversary for 11th edition, I can see them showing up in a new Necromunda box set. Or at least a book.

Basically every Necromunda book GW has ever printed has reprinted and changed some rule - sometimes a minor and inconsequential rule, sometimes a fairly significant one.
