Youāre supposed to be able to mark a hotspot by pressing VO+shift+1 or VO+shift+2 or whatever. Youāre then supposed to be able to jump to these hotspots with VO+1, VO+2 etc. This works beautifully in Safari or in PDFs open with Preview. And itās reallyā¦
