EUROPE is TOAST: French people are on verge of Bastille Day revolt. They’re bringing out their guiottinesand heads will roll as France may be forced to admit bankruotcy. BONDS are not safe: America is now the biggest debtor nation in world history. Since 2020 American Treasury Bonds have declined by 13% and financial planners still promoters the 60/40 balance of bonds and stocks are safe. What are they smoking? Don’t they have a moral conscience? European Bonds are down by 24%. British Bonds have declined by 32%. This means the global economy has lost faith in British economy to service their debts. Germany is busted…due to their silly Green New Deal Energy policies. It’s now too expensive to produce German products such as cars because their energy is too expensive. Civil war in Germany is brewing. Japan and China are dumping US bonds and buying gold and silver. And we continue the war in Ukraine vs Russia. Millions, including women and children have died. Are our global leaders are lost in space? This insanity is why I continue to recommend you save your self….and save gold, silver, and Bitcoin. Take care.

VERY IMPORTANTANT $ LESSON; Q: What does “talking your book” mean? A: When a person is “talking their book” they have stopped teaching and are now selling. For example: I often state I make millions from my real estate…using debt. When I state that I am teaching… not selling. I do not have any real estate or a mortgage to sell you. As some of you know, I have gone “toe to toe” on YouTube with a “colorful family” who are constantly “talking their book” Not long ago, this real estate family was on YouTube inviting listeners to attend their real estate conference to learn about a deal they are working on and “O BTW if you attend their real estate financial education conference, they might be able to get in before they sell out of this “investment” only for “the chosen.” I feel like I needed a shower as they “O BTW “ let you know they “might fit you in.” That’s a sleaze example of someone “talking their book.” I do the same thing. My pitch is “Play the Cashflow Boatd game and teach 10 people my game. If you teach 10 people, you may find your financial intelligence going up…by people teaching people. I do discourage people from teaching my game Cashflow,,,,not to teach…but to “talk their book.” I am not against people “talking their book.” After all I am a capitalist. I do get upset when people teach to “talk their book” to sell…. But not to educate. Take care. We all have something to sell and hopefully we all have something we want to teach….to make our world a better place to live.

BEING a “Real Man”….not a card carrying member of the LGBQ movement…and I have no problems with LGBQs… I often get my self in trouble for exercising my 1st Ammendment Rights. At a recent small gathering I was asked my thoughts on pedafile Jeffery Epstein. I opened mouth and inserted my foot. My reply was “I have not had sex with underage girls….yet I believe there is a Jeffery Epstein in every man.” OMG: What spewed forward from both grown men and women abominable. After about 15 minutes of mass spewing of opinions….hate… and accusations….I was asked “What should the punishment be for a male perv?” I began cautiously saying: “Given the probable life long trauma, emotional damage, and spiritual scaring….done to the young girl or boy, I think the only compatable and comparable…life long punishment for a convicted, pedaphile be….and I spelled it out: C-A-S-T-R-A-T-R-A-T-I-O-N. Party was over.

RICHDAD $ LESSON: Q: Does money make you rich? A: NO: In most cases money makes people and countries poorer. Take extreme examples of college sports stars who join a pro team earning Millions. Records show that 65% are bankrupt 7-years after retirement. The same is true for lottery winners. Millions of $ made them poorer. Then take the average working person, let’s say a waiter in America may easily earn $35k a year for 50 years equals $1.75 million… and die poor. Q: Why does this happen? A: Possibly poor parents and poor financial education taught by highly educated poor teachers like my poor dad in school. GOOD NEWS: seek out rich teachers and friends….like my rich dad advisors, all who wrote books for active students about money, hardships, mission driven businesses, and successful entrepreneurship….people just like you. I made my first million in real estate. That took hard work, lots of risk, lots of money, lots of time, and many sleepless nights. Q: If you say it is so easy to become a millionair with Bitcoin… why are there so many millions of poor people? A: Good question. I wonder that myself.
