Oof. I won’t lie. That was a pretty gnarly procedure. I am now minus one tooth You will likely notice on camera And it’s going to take at least 6 or 7 months before a replacement tooth can be inserted Not thrilled. But in the big picture, this is a minor thing. Very grateful for the swift excellent care. And that this wasn’t a serious injury, like losing a limb (or worse)

I'm going to ask this again: What is the modern-day rationale for granting US citizenship to ANYONE born in the US? What advantage(s) does that automatic gift offer our country? I'm looking for serious answers other than "Because it's in the Constitution". For 2 reasons: One: I'm not sure the framers envisioned the flood of illegal immigrants America has experienced. And two: there's a real debate to be had about the meaning of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" but let's have that in a different tweet.

No video of it, but I just deadlifted 365 lbs for 5 reps on the hex bar That's PR territory for me And it felt good. I'll try to go up next week. Only 40 lbs away from 405 (4 plates a side) at this point. Hoping to get there within 2-3 months. Keep pushing yourself 💪
