I have today updated Parliament to confirm the outcome of yesterday’s consent vote on articles 5-10 of the Windsor Framework. I will now commission an independent review into the functioning of the Framework and will continue to keep the House updated. 


Next up: a review of NI’s post-Brexit trading arrangements which must be completed within 6 months and help produce arrangements with “enduring support across the community”. Good luck.
