I think Israel could have handled the Ukraine situation better. If it is true that Israel is buying grain from Russiaā€™s occupied areas of Ukraine, Israel should have simply responded: thank you for flagging this, we are looking into it and it will be addressed. Even if Ukraine raised it through Twitter and not in the best way, and even if Ukraine does not publicly call out other countries like Egypt for buying sanctioned Russian grain, Israel could have been the grown up in the room and said: no worries, we got it, we are on it.
