But I also want to repeat my previous question here: What do you think about settling for a single style and remove the whole Appearance dialog? Creating a single good style for both light and dark is already a big effort. Creating three different styles…

Regarding the game view, I would avoid using the card style with box shadows in both the light and dark styles. Instead, I would try using a darker background in the light style and a lighter background in the dark style. You can use the background colors…

Okay, so I took a crack at the sizing. It's a little weird in a few corner cases, but basically works. The idea is to keep a 12px padding on the sides of the grid, until it can't shrink any more. At that point, we shrink beyond it. Here's a video of me…

Other than that I think the app is ready for the full review checklist, but I need to figure out the Builder issue first so I can test it properly. Exciting!! No idea on the session bus. That's a doozy, but probably a GNOME OS issue. RE: the lack of…

Thanks, I just had another look. Unfortunately I've run into some issues testing with Builder. Not sure if it's a recent change in GNOME OS, something with my particular setup, or Builder itself, but the system bus is currently broken when building apps in…

Scoring method setting Maybe this should be moved to the primary menu? I tried it and it seems very odd, I don't think this is something that should be changed at runtime... Card preview layout This layout still doesn't work, the spacing is super weird.…

I've scheduled a build targetting GNOME 50 (and should publish overnight). cut a new release and update github:flathub Sorry everyone for the delay! With the Phosh meetup currently managing before the deadline - which is now ~50min passed :( - would…

About the clamping I just pushed a fix. About the icon, I also saw it but not sure... I am simply using the adwaita api for it... I guess the icon does not show up until the application is installed system wide?

Note I removed the UI but the setting is still there as a hidden setting in case somebody complains about the colors. My guess is that your system is still having the setting configured with the old default value, try gsettings reset…

The app you linked in the about dialog doesn't have an icon Use a clamp to restrict the description to a maximum width of 600px to prevent it from becoming uncomfortably long

Thank you and everyone else involved, it was a great experience. Proud to be part of this amazing community. I made a new release and it is live on Flathub now (v1.0.0)

They are passing as far as I can tell. It took a couple of days to post this review (as the review itself was being reviewed). Since it works now I already marked it as done :) I don't really understand this point, the app has defaults for all it's…

I did not use F1 because this does not open the help page of how the application is used rather it opens a help page that teaches the user about UNIX permissions. Should I still use F1? Yes, use F1. How I see this, is that, it's just circumstantial that…

Hi @ronniedroid , I cross-reviewed the main branch of Concessio, and it's almost ready. While going through the criteria, I found a small blocker (which is trivial to fix), and another non-blocking detail while reviewing the code: Blocking: It's using one…
